Framework A — Causeway Coast long day
Best when your ship publishes a long window. Morning transfer toward Antrim, focused time at Giant's Causeway, optional light coastal viewpoint if the clock still allows, then a sober return to Belfast Harbour. Do not schedule a deep mural tour or full Titanic museum visit on the same day.
Framework B — City & Titanic depth
Morning Titanic Quarter (outside views or museum — not both at leisure if time is tight), afternoon Cathedral Quarter / city streets or a mural-focused loop, early return toward the terminal. This is the better default for ordinary hours ashore.
Framework C — Short harbour-radius day
When the published window is short or uncertain: stay near Belfast Harbour, keep walking distances modest, and treat any single highlight as optional. A café, a waterfront stretch, or one nearby stop beats missing all-aboard.
What to cut first
- Stacking Causeway + full city museum + murals in one call
- Optional filming-location detours that add road time
- Last-minute shopping that eats the return buffer
